Part-Time Front Desk Staff

Job Description:

Provide outstanding, customer-centered service to all who enter our doors by engaging new climbers and members with respect and kindness. It is expected that you will go above and beyond to give each person a positive and exceptional experience. You will be the face of the company, and your primary responsibility is to guide customers into the Terra Firma community and help them experience all that we have to offer.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly, inviting personality, while also having a detail-oriented and disciplined work-ethic. You will need to be teachable and perceptive of the way in which our company cares for customers and maintains our unique space. We are a culture that welcomes ideas and honors the complaints and needs of its employees and customers, and we expect you to embody that culture in this role.

The goal is to make members and guests feel comfortable and valued every time they come through our doors. You are the main point of contact to provide that experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a front desk position or related customer-focused role.

  • Familiarity with computer POS systems.

  • Strong communication and people skills.

  • Teachable and hard-working.

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to problem-solve and self-manage.

  • Oriented to meet customer needs.

  • High School Diploma, additional qualifications will be a plus.

  • Must be able to work weekends.
