Youth Climbing Coach
As a Youth Climbing Coach, you will be responsible for instructing a group of up to 10 children in a bouldering class. Each instructor oversees complete bodily safety of each child and ensures they each understand and adhere to the rules of the space.

The Front Desk position is responsible for cultivating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and delivering great customer service to all guests at Terra Firma. It’s important to be able to work alone with minimal supervision or in a team environment. This role also is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym, providing customers with information on gym facilities and services, and ensuring that all guests adhere to the gym’s rules and regulations for the safety of everyone.
