Save the Date: Creep Comp 2025 is coming October 25th 👻
Test your climbing skills alongside ghouls and goblins in this Halloween-themed bouldering competition.
Whether you're aiming to haunt the leaderboard or just have some frightful fun, come dressed in your best costume and be prepared for an afternoon of chills, thrills, and wicked sends!

MoonBoard Holds Update
Keep working on your MoonBoard projects throughout the month of July! We will be replacing the 2016 hold set with the 2024 set around the middle of August. Exact date TBD.

Join us Wednesday, June 18th from 5pm - 8pm. So iLL is heading to Michigan to get to know the community and learn more about what climbing around the Great Lakes looks like with a stop at Terra Firma!

Comp Wall Closure
We’ll be fixing our flooring in the upstairs Comp Wall area and this space will be closed starting Sunday, June 8th at 6pm and continue through Monday, June 9th and Tuesday, June 10th. Our hope is to finish up by end of day Monday, but just to be safe we’re planning on having the area closed through Tuesday.

Birding & Bouldering
Event Schedule —
Meet at Reed's Lake (Remington Park Lot)
Meet at the parking lot by the dog park, and baseball field. The address for that parking lot is 2310 Reeds Lake Blvd SE, East Grand Rapids, MI 49506. It's a bigger parking lot and we can meet there before the walk.
Bird Walk
8:30 We'll begin our bird walk. We will do the boardwalks, then walk on the trail by the woods. It will be about a mile total of walking, and we usually take lots of stops. We will bring extra binoculars for folks who said they need a pair to share. I will be pointing out birds and giving helpful tips as we walk. If you want, you can download the Merlin app to help identify bird calls we will hear.
Bouldering
At 10:00 we will head back to the gym to climb. We are offering $13 day pass prices to everyone who comes to the birding event. If it's your first time, please fill out a Waiver for the gym. Rental shoes are included with this event day pass. We will make sure new folks get a tour and an intro to bouldering safety.

Join us May 14th from 6pm - 8pm for Free Injury Screenings.
Whether you’ve got a nagging injury, or just want to make sure you’re moving your best, come hang out with Dr. Kari Chappell for a FREE 10-minute injury screening.
Dr. Kari Chappell is a Physical Therapist with 9 years of experience. Her first 8 years of practice were in Denver, CO treating an array of athletic injuries. She has her own clinic and specializes in preventing surgery, optimizing movement and helping people quickly recover from injury without having to take a big break from their sport or activity of choice.
