Join us Saturday, May 30th from 12pm - 1pm for a workshop with Glenn Fitkin.
Learn 2-4 simple movements with supporting principles to maintain your climbing, reduce injury risk, and help you build trust in your body. This hands-on session includes a learning period followed with practical applications using barbells, kettlebells, or hangboards to provide a simple training structure for climbers of all levels.
