Join us for a grip strength pop-up with Glenn Fitkin at Fitkin Rehab. During this pop-up, you’ll get to try tools like Tension blocks and hangboards, learn about different grip types (like crimps), and explore how varied grip training can support performance and injury prevention.
He’ll also be measuring grip strength with a force gauge for a fun, low-pressure challenge!
Come hang out Wednesday in the fitness area between 6pm - 8pm and bring and grip strength quesitons you might have.
