FAQs

What if my child cannot make it to one of the teen club lessons?

If your child cannot make it to a lesson because of sickness or other obligations, please let us know in advanced so we do not wait for them to show up. *No refunds will be issued for missed lessons. Please reach out to kim@climbterrafirma.com if your child can not make a lesson.

Does my child need to arrive early to lessons?

We try our best to start exactly at 4:30pm, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early in order to put on climbing shoes and put belongings away.


What should my child bring to the gym?

Be sure your child is in gym clothes that allow them to comfortably climb up and down the walls. We tend to keep the gym on the cooler side, so your child may want a sweatshirt while they are warming up.

What type of shoes does my child need to climb in?

Anyone who climbs on our bouldering walls are required to wear climbing shoes. Street shoes are not allowed. Rental climbing shoes are included in the price for lessons.


Is a membership included with the Teen Club pricing?

A membership will need to purchased separately if your child wants to climb outside of the 1-hour lesson window. Membership details can be viewed here.
